Teresa is a dynamic leader with a strong focus on optimizing educational facilities to create conducive learning environments. With over sixteen years experience as an educator and a further eighteen in Operations in educational spaces, Teres brings a unique perspective to the TNW space. As the Interim Chief of Operations of Boston Public Schools, Teresa spearheaded the Facilities Condition Assessment initiative, driving data-driven analysis to assess and improve the physical infrastructure of over 120 schools; a first for the oldest public school district in the United States.

Her expertise in facilities management was honed through strategic roles in education spaces, where she led initiatives to enhance facility functionality and sustainability. Leveraging her background in operations management and strategic planning, Teresa developed and executed comprehensive plans to address infrastructure needs, ensuring that schools were equipped to support student success. With a Master of Education and a Bachelor of Social Work, Teresa brings a unique blend of educational insight and operational acumen to her work. She is committed to leveraging her expertise to drive positive change and foster optimal learning environments for students and educators alike.
